NEW No Baulk-Line Rule September 2015

Please note this is a rule put in place by and for the Winnipeg Veterans English Billiards League

1)      If you double baulk yourself, you must shoot outside of baulk as
before.
If you do not hit a ball, it is now a foul rather than a miss.
Your opponent has "2 and a choice" which may include, by the way, a
         "choice" from rule 2.

2)      If you double baulk your opponent, by accident or on purpose, at any
time, except off the break (See Note A below), in any fashion (fluke or deliberate), your
opponent has the option of shooting outside or inside baulk, first shot only.

In this situation there is no foul, and no choice, it simply allows your opponent one shot behind the Baulk-line

A – We have determined the Break (start of a match) a skill shot and as such if you break and double baulk your opponent, your opponent can shoot away, miss and 2 points, no choice
